CONQUER FEAR AND LEAD WITH BOLDNESS WITH THESE FOUR STEPS OF WISDOM
Are you called to lead but you struggle with being bold for the kingdom assignment?
This was me a few years ago, I was called into something I did not understand and was not aware of. At the beginning of my journey as a kingdom leader within the Kingdom of God. I did not have the privilege of a mentor, or spiritual parents. The only way that I learned was through making mistakes over and over. Reading the word of God, relying on the Holy Spirit, and trusting God completely that I will make it through to the other side without fainting or giving up. Through all the experiences that I have gone through and the many struggles, I had with boldness and courage. I want to give you four wisdom steps that encouraged me to step into my purpose and conquer fear finally.
I want you to walk in your God-given assignment and purpose. Without struggling with fear in your personal life? In your professional life, Or in your spiritual life. So here are the four steps you can take to conquer fear and finally be empowered to fulfil your God-given purpose and destiny.
HOW TO GAIN BOLDNESS
STEP ONE - Prayer and fasting (we can not skip this step), As Kingdom builders and leaders. It is important to always seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and everything else will follow. Do you want to conquer fear? And lead with boldness. You must know the power and authority God gave you as a Kingdom leader. You will develop this through prayer and fasting which helps you to get deeper In God, As you dive deeper into him you gain the understanding that it is not in your strength, but it is Christ that lives in you. Working through you because he is working in you, Christ the hope of glory, When you are given assignments by God It will not be you who fulfils the assignment, but it will be Christ, the hope of glory in you performing the assignment. Which will boost your confidence. This will help you conquer fear and lead with boldness.
STEP TWO - Faith and believe, For you to conquer fear, you must have faith and believe that God can do the impossible. This type of belief must come from your heart. You must believe it first before you see it. If you do not skip step one, you will be empowered to conquer the negative thoughts of fear and you will be able to conquer that fear of money, the fear of singleness, or stagnation, the fear of non-achievement and even the fear that you will never achieve anything good. For us to lead with boldness, speak with boldness. We must have faith, remembering that faith is our spiritual currency here on Earth. Ask God now to fill you with God's kind of faith and he will do it.
STEP THREE - A transformed mindset, Transformation starts with the mind. As a man think so is he. A transformed mind is what gives you the power to visualize your next move with the Holy Spirit. Your strongest weapon on earth, your superpower is your mind. Your imagination can cause you to travel to places and nations you have never seen before, but if you cannot transform your mind, then you will stay stuck. How can you transform your mind? If you are feeling confused, trapped in one frame of mind, you might need to move to a new location, change your career, go out for a walk, get friends who are bold and courageous, read books that challenge you to take action, get clear on your life vision, writing them down, this way you might see change. Cultivate a kingdom mindset and remember that God has not given you the spirit of fear but love, power and a sound mind. Conquer fear and lead with boldness.
Lastly
STEP FOUR - HE IS THE PROMISE KEEPER, HOLD ON TO HIS WORD, Not being encouraged every day can cause your heart to get hardened towards the things of God and life for unbelief to enter your life. Unbelief. Is the willingness not to believe God. Unbelief says I have no faith and God is a liar. You must understand that God is a promise keeper, what he says in our lives, we must partner with it to see the manifestation of that promise. So, for whatever you are believing God for or whatever prophecy or promises spoken over you. For any of God's promises to happen, you must understand that they are rules of engagement. And as you engage in these rules. You will receive the blessing. Then you will conquer unbelief. because unbelief causes you to doubt and doubt eventually leads to fear. Choose to hold on to God’s every word and you will conquer fear and lead with boldness. Remember he is not a man that he should lie nor the son of man that he should repent.
